What LifeWorks Offers

At LifeWorks we offer two primary tutoring options, Group and Private tutoring sessions, as well as SAT and ACT Test Prep and test proctoring for BYU Online courses. Please note that we are committed to working with families of all income levels and can negotiate reduced rates for those in need.

LifeWorks Group Sessions (2 hours): With a maximum student-to-tutor ratio of 3:1, our Group Sessions afford students ample individual attention, making possible a wider range of work. In addition to addressing academic content in all subjects, we help students engage more fully in school, overcome emotional blocks associated with learning, and take greater responsibility for their own learning process. Group Sessions also include an email report home after each session detailing the progress of the day.

Cost: $90 per session

LifeWorks Private Sessions: Our Private Sessions offer students the opportunity to work one-on-one with a tutor on any subject, or subjects, of their choosing. This option is ideal for students whom desire privacy while learning or prefer the more concentrated attention of a single tutor, generally for a shorter period of time. Our Private Sessions also include a detailed report home after each meeting.

Cost: $100 per hour

SAT/ACT Prep:  At LifeWorks, we offer several SAT Prep Courses throughout each school year as well as individuals prep session.

Test Proctoring: Students who take online classes often need certified third parties to proctor their exams for them. LifeWorks is registered with several distance learning programs, including those through BYU and Stanford, and can register with new programs if necessary.

Cost: $65 per hour
